A complaint was received involving care, protection and guidance regarding a child with a diagnosed food allergy and not having an up-to-date health inspection. Part of the complaint was determined to be valid involving the out of date health inspection. The one violation can be reviewed on the violation notice.

Based on interview and a review of recordkeeping it was determined that the center has not obtained an annual health inspection.
Evidence:
The most recent health inspection is dated 9/16/22.Plan of Correction: We will continue to contact the health department about the need for an inspection.
