A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 11/21/2019 from 10:30 A.M.-2:15 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 95 children were in the care with seventeen staff, and one administrator present. Nine children records, nine staff records, first aid kit and emergency supplies, emergency plan, evacuation drills, fire inspection, health inspection, three medication and required paperwork, over-the-counter medications and required documentation, four injury reports and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed in during infant feeding, diapering, transition to outdoor play time, arrival back from a field trip, behavioral guidance, storytime, handwashing, lunchtime, and naptime.. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements tat are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during the supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
