The inspector conducted an unannounced non-mandated complaint inspection concerning care of children the same day a mandated inspection was completed. The inspector was at the facility from 10:30 am until 1:10 pm. Interviews were held and records were reviewed. There is not a preponderence of evidence to substantiate the complaint, therefore no violations are cited. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
