A unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 05/20/2019 from 1:00 P.M.-2:45 P.M. The purpose of the inspection was to investigate a self-report alleged incident that occurred at the center on 04/23/2019. One child record and three staff records were reviewed, five staff were interviewed, and one classroom observation was conducted. There were no violations found during the inspection.
