An unannounced inspection was conducted on March 27, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on March 15, 2023 in reference to medication procedures. There were 2 Licensing Inspectors present. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed on site and electronically. The preponderance of evidence gathered does not support violation of standards.
No violations were issued as a result of this inspection.
