An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/10/2020 from 11:30-12:50 pm.
There were no children in attendance during the inspection. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection. All areas utilized by children were inspected, including the center?s minivan. Records were reviewed for five children and four staff. The staff records were reviewed off site. The center administers medication; however they did not have any being given at this time. Injury reports were reviewed as well as the center?s injury prevention plan which was updated for the 2019-2020 school year.
The administration and staff confirmed that the center is currently being utilized Monday-Thursday from 3:30-5:30 and will be closed during the summer.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.
