Licensing Inspector arrived at 9:30 and departed at 10:30 AM to conduct a religiously exempt child day center code compliance inspection in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection. At the time of the inspection there were four children in care with two staff. Children were observed playing outside. The sample size was five staff and three children's records.
