A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/03/2019 from 4:08pm to 6:15pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed playing on the playground, playing in the gymnasium and snack. A formal observation was completed with the school age children. Snack consisted of bananas, pears and snack mix. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each group when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today.
Five children?s records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. The injury prevention plan which was updated 01/2019
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
