A complaint inspection was initiated on 8/11/21 and concluded on 12/9/21. A complaint was received by the department on 8/11/21 regarding allegations in the area of behavior guidance. An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted and interviews with staff were completed. Documentation related to the allegation was also reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the evidence does not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
