An unannounced code compliance Inspection was conducted on Thursday, August 3, 2023 to follow up on previously cited violations. Two inspectors were on site from 2:06pm to approximately 2:45pm. There were 15 children present and three staff members supervising. The
inspectors reviewed documentation, conducted observations and interviews. A total of one staff record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
