A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 02/27/2023 and concluded on 02/27/2023. There were 1 children present with one staff. The Inspector reviewed two child?s records, one staff?s and two household member records. The physical plant was observed and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
