A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/8/2023 from approximately 11:45 a.m. ? 6:00 p.m. There were 33 children present ranging in ages from 4 months to 11 years old with 11 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition, and transportation. A total of 6 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards.
