Technical Assistance:
LI and provider discussed standard 22VAC40-111-(11)-830-B regarding shelter-in-place procedures shall be practiced a minimum of twice per year.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider and one assistant on March 1, 2022 beginning at 10:40 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. There were 8 children, ages 7 months, 11 months, 15 months, 2, 2, 2, 2, and 2 years old, in the care of 2 caregivers for a total of 22 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with the caregivers. One child was observed sleeping on a cot. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four household records were reviewed and in compliance. One pet record was reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 2/14/2022.
