Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/03/2022 from approximately 9:30 a.m. ? 12:30 p.m. There were 7 children present ranging in ages from 9 months to age 4 with 2 providers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, two providers, and one household member were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards. Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to practice shelter-in-place procedures a minimum of twice per year.
Evidence:

Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to assure that no child shall be allowed to drink while walking around.

The licensing inspector observed a child in care drinking from a straw bottle while walking around the classroom.

Evidence:
The licensing inspector observed a child being diapered during the inspection and afterwards the child?s hands were not washed with liquid soap and warm running water.
