A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/03/2022 from approximately 9:30 a.m. ? 12:30 p.m. There were 7 children present ranging in ages from 9 months to age 4 with 2 providers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, two providers, and one household member were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards.
