An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/31/2023, between the hours of approximately 12:55 p.m. and 1:20 p.m. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. An inspection of the physical plant was completed. Required background searches and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. No violations were issued to the vendor.
