An announced annual non-mandated annual subsidy inspection was conducted in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The inspection was conducted from 12:20pm until 1:55. All the required paperwork has been submitted and policies and procedures updated.
The new Safe Sleep 365 flyer was given to the licensee.
The expected first day at the new site is 05/ 30?2023.
There were no violations.
