Technical Assistance:

Discussed the steps into home is used for just parents picking up and drop off . The stairs do not have a guardrail to enter the home. The deck that are more than three risers pictures were provided to be reviewed. Applicant discussed how she will supervise the children when outside near the deck . There were discussions about the phyisical and immunization requirements, transportation, proof of identity, children registration information and additional standards. Administrator will review the pictures and provide inspector with further guidance on steps if additonal precaustions are needed.

Comments:

A initial inspection was conducted on November 4, 2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Provider and adult household member records were reviewed before the inperson inspection was conducted. Information gathered during the inspection determined the provider was in compliance with applicable standards or law .
