A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with administrative staff at the centers home office on 10/10/2023. There were no children in care during the time of inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records and 5 agent/applicant records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 12:15 pm and departed at 12:45 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
