An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/09/2023 from 1:00 P.M-1:45 P.M. The facility was toured and all indoor and outdoor areas to be used for care were measured for capacity. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: emergency evacuation
maps and procedures, parent arrival and departure procedures, required posted information, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, one staff record, and two agent's background checks.
A recommendation will be made for an initial six month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 110 children serving children ages five through twelve years of age.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
