No daycare children were present today. One child was observed in care on April 15, 2024.
1 child and 5 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.
Violations were discussed with the provider during the exit interview.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-830-A Description: Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not practice emergency evacuation procedures monthly.
Evidence:
No Emergency evacuation drill was practiced in the month of April while a child was enrolled and present.Plan of Correction: An extra drill will be conducted in May. Drills will be done monthly when children are present.
