An initial announced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on August 15, 2023 and concluded on August 28, 2023. On August 15, 2023 the licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 9:15am until 11:00am. There were no children in care. One provider was present. One provider?s record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
