An announced initial inspection was initiated and concluded on September 25, 2023. While there were not any children in care the entire building inside and out was toured. Each classroom was measured. The owner stated that the facility will initially care for children 12 months and up with the addition of infants when and if the need arise. Based on room measurements and the CO a recommendation for 52 children and 16 will be made with stipulation restricting the outside play space to not more than 10 children may be present on the playground at any one time. There are five bathrooms for children and one additional bathroom set aside for adult use. There were not any violations observed during the inspection. The owner will send digital pictures of classrooms once they are completely outfitted with equipment. Staff records will be sent to the inspector digitally as well.
