An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/13/19 from 12:00pm until 1:40pm. At the time of the tour, there were 32 children in care with 4 staff present. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing outside on the playground, participating in learning activities and resting quietly during nap time. Restroom and hand washing procedures were also observed. Medication, first aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and center postings were reviewed. No violations were cited during today's inspection.
