An unannounced inspection was initiated on 1/4/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 1/2/2024 regarding supervision allegations. The inspection was initiated on 1/4/2024 and completed on 4/25/2024. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation was reviewed. Additional interviews were conducted remotely.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
