Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-K
Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure to sanitize tables after each use for feeding.
Evidence:
1. The clubhouse tables were not sanitized after snack. There were crumbs and empty snack bags on the tables in the clubhouse.
2. The CDC tables were wiped with disinfectant wipes after snack time. In order to sanitize properly centers should either spray or dip each item into the disinfectant solution and allowed to air dry after use of the disinfectant solution.

Plan of Correction: We will use the bleach/water solution to clean the tables before and after each snack group, as they rotate. We will be sure to have a separate bottle stored in the club house to clean up the snack in that area as well.
