An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 2:50 PM and departed at 3:50 PM. After school activities, snack/dinner procedures and outdoor play were observed. A sample size of five children's records were reviewed. Medication administration and injury records were reviewed. An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
