An announced modification inspection was conducted 5/24/2019. The program is relocating due to a fire at the child care center. Measurements were completed and the requested capacity is 100. All areas of the child care building will not be used currently and the owner will contact Licensing if the need arises to change the request for more space. Age requested is infant through 12 years.
