A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the director. Two allergy plans were reviewed. Six children had 10 medications on site. The center is up-to-date with their lock-down drills. Arrival time: 11:05 am Departure time: 2;20pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-520-B-11 Description: Based on a review of allergy plans for those children that have diagnosed food allergies, it was determined that two children have food allergies but there were no allergy plans on site. Evidence: c Child A has an egg allergy and child B has a dairy and soy allergy and there were no allergy plan on site. Plan of Correction: We will obtain the allergy plans from the doctor.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-B Description: Based on a review of five staff files, it was determined that Staff A has not completed the VA Preservice Training within the first 90 days of employment. Plan of Correction: I will have staff A complete this training.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-1 Description: Based on a review of five staff files, it was determined that staff A ( hired 3/6/18) did not have CPR certification within 90 days of employment. Plan of Correction: Staff A will get the training.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-2 Description: Based on a review of five staff files, it was determined that staff A ( hired 3/6/18) did not have first aid certification within 90 days of employment. Plan of Correction: Staff A will get the training.
