A scheduled modification study was conducted on May 1, 2019. The Department received a request to modify the facility's license on April 29, 2019 with additional required documentation being received by the Department on May 8, 2019. The program has requested to change the licensed capacity from 125 children to 150 children with additional space added. Measurements of the entire facility were taken and calculated to approve a capacity of 150. Documentation of the fire inspection and health inspection were reviewed. A recommendation will be made to modify the license to reflect the request to change the capacity of the licensed program.
