Evidence: Children in group #2 finished afternoon snack and went to other activities on the carpet without washing hands or using disposable wipes. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-K Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure that tables were sanitized after each use of feeding. Evidence: 1. Children in group #2 finished snack and went to other activities on the carpet. 2. Staff #4 did not sanitize the table after use. Plan of Correction: "We will wash the tables immediatelly following snack."
