Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observations the facility failed to maintain compliance with this standard as required related to locking of hazardous items/areas. EVIDENCE: In the staff rest-room in the unlocked cabinet under the sink, there were 2 cans of Lysol. The door nor the cabinet were locked to prevent access to the children in care. Plan of Correction: The cabinet will be locked and staff reminded to ensure the cabinet is locked after each use of the items stored there.
