We discussed changes in location on each floor for potential lockdown emergencies.

The announced inspection conducted from 10:12 AM to 11:55 AM was for the purpose of viewing the facility and required documents for modification of the current license which will be relocating to William Perry Elementary School during summer operation hours from July 1, 2019 until July 26, 2019. I viewed indoor and outdoor areas, emergency supplies and plans, and posting information. Fifty children have been enrolled and will be supervised by up to seven staff. Please keep me updated with your calendar and schedule. A modified license at the new address will be issued.
