Thank you for your assistance during today's announced inspection from 10:20 AM to 11:30 AM for the purpose of viewing the facility and pertinent information for the modification of the license due to a change in location from the William Perry Elementary School to the Westwood Hills Elementary School where the program has operated during the school year. Fifty children are enrolled to begin attending on August 6, 2019 and will be supervised with as many as five staff. I viewed the indoor and outdoor areas used by the program, information for posting, emergency supplies, emergency supplies, materials and equipment for children.
Recommendation is for issuance of a modified license at the requested address with a continued capacity of 200 and age range of children ages four years and eight months through twelve years. Let me know if you need any assistance.
