Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 15, 2019 and was initiated by a complaint which was received by the Valley Licensing Office on June 27, 2019 regarding the allegation of care and protection. Staff interviews were conducted. The information gathered during this inspection does not support the allegation therefore the complaint is not valid.
