An unannounced Subsidy Health & Safety inspection was conducted today, July 22, 2019 to determine the summer camp's compliance with subsidy requirements. The inspection was initiated at 3:00pm and concluded at approximately 5:35pm. All subsidy requirements were reviewed and overall compliance determined. Administrative records, all areas in the center used by children, and outdoor play areas were inspected. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
