An unannounced inspection was completed on August 12, 2019 from approximately 10:30a.m. to 12:00p.m. in response to a complaint received on June 14, 2019 regarding forbidden action. The investigation was initiated on June 17, 2019, collateral interviews were conducted off site on June 21 , 2019 and the investigation was completed on August 12, 2019. Staff, children and classrooms were observed, staff and collaterals were interviewed and children and staff records were reviewed as related to the complaint. The Director/Owner was available for the inspection and was present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
