An announced monitoring inspection was conducted at the downtown YMCA headquarters to determine the center's compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was initiated at 10:30am and concluded approximately 12:15pm. This inspection was conducted to only inspect staff records to include staff qualifications, annual trainings, and background checks.
