An announced administrative records inspection was conducted today, August 06, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with subsidy requirements. The inspection was initiated at 10:30am and concluded at approximately 12:15pm. Only staff records to include staff qualifications, trainings, and background checks were inspected. Violations were found during this inspection; see attached violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-1 Description: Based on the inspection of administrative records, the center did not ensure all staff were current in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training. Evidence: During the inspection of three staff records, it was discovered staff #2 received cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification on 03/13/17. This certification expired on 03/13/19 with no updates in the record. Plan of Correction: Per administrative: I will have staff to receive updated training.
