Reminder: All staff must complete the updated subsidy health and safety training by March 1, 2020.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/16/2019 from 10:55am - 1:30pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 37 children in care with even staff. The children ranged in age from infant - school age. Children were observed during morning program time, lunch and nap. Records were reviewed for two new staff and seven children in care. Three medication reviews conducted.
