The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Monday, August 26, 2019 from approximately 10:20 AM to 3:45 PM. The children were observed in a variety of activities ranging from playing outside to eating lunch.The center administers medication, and medication and medication authorization forms were reviewed. The center provides transportation and the vehicles and transportation documents were inspected.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

During the inspection, ten children, and ten staff records were reviewed.
The following ratios were observed with a total of 118 children present during the inspection:
