The program director discussed the possibility of adding the community gymnasium as a licensed space. It is unknown at this time whether the address for the gymnasium is the same as the elementary school and whether or not it is included in the school's certificate of occupancy or if a separate certificate of occupancy (CO) has been issued by the city. Once this information is available, the request and accompanying documents must be submitted to LI Brown.
The facility is also considering modifying the license to add children ages 3 and older. This request and information regarding preschool care must be submitted to LI Brown.

An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 7:05 AM and departed at 8:00 AM. Eleven children were in care with two staff. Morning arrivals, breakfast table, bathroom procedures and activities were observed. This visit also served as a follow-up to the facility's submitted Intensive Plan of Correction.
A sample size of five children's records were reviewed. The facility currently has no medication to be administered to children in care. No children's injuries were reported for this school year.
An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
