A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/23/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector arrived and started inspection at 6:40 AM. Arrival and attendance procedures were observed. There were a total of 15 school age children present under the direct care & supervision of three (3) caregivers. Adult to child ratios were in-compliance upon arrival & throughout the inspection. Observed children during arrival procedures, activities, bathroom/hand washing procedures, group activities, self-initiated activities
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements found during today?s inspection. Inspection concluded at 8 AM.
