An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 27, 2019 from approximately 7:10 am to 8:45 am. Three staff were present with 21 children at the onset of inspection. Additional children arrived during inspection. Five children's were reviewed. Three medications were reviewed. Licensing Inspector reviewed: injury report documentation, required postings, administration, staff training, emergency procedures and supplies and equipment, supervision and the physical plant.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-D Description: Based on record review, the center did not ensure that a minimum of two shelter-in-place practice drills were conducted .
Evidence: The Recreation Site Supervisor confirmed that there was documentation of one shelter-in-place drill conducted in 2018 on March 20th.Plan of Correction: The site supervisor will ensure two shelter-in-place drills are performed and documented annually.
