An unannounced renewal inspection took place on October 4, 2019. There were 12 children in care from ages 6 years old to 10 years old with 2 staff providing care and supervision. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records on site. The LI reviewed 2 staff records and 2 agent records at another site for this center. There were no medications at the center. Children were observed during the following activities: eating snack, playing tag, using the computer lab, and watching a movie. The inspector also reviewed emergency drill documentation, first aid kits, employee and parent policies and procedures, and emergency supplies. There were discussions about the renewal application and staff and children's records. The inspection was conducted from approximately 2:40 PM to 5:00 PM.
