An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on October 7, 2019 in response to allegations received by the Division on September 17, 2019 regarding the center's termination policy. Based on staff interview and documentation reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is determined to be "not valid".
