An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on Monday, August 19, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM in response to a self-reported injury of a child requiring outside medical treatment reported on July 22, 2019. Interviews with staff were completed, observations of outdoor and indoor spaces and documentation were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support violation of the subsidy health and safety requirements in regards to the self-reported incident.
