Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 7, 2019 from 2:50 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. This inspection was initiated as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on September 9, 2019 with regards to staff to children ratio. Interviews were conducted and documents reviewed. There was not enough evidence to support this allegation therefore the complaint is not valid.
