An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 6:50am to 7:45am. There were four children, ranging in age from eight to ten years of age, present at the beginning of the inspection supervised by two staff. Children were observed having free time at the tables, playing games with the staff, and reading books. Three children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff files were reviewed off site at the Ron Rosner Central Office on 10/9/19 and were in compliance. The first aid kit was observed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and the last evacuation drill was conducted 9/27/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 8/28/19. The staff reported that there is no medication on site at this time, but there was a Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified staff on site.
