The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on September 17, 2019 regarding supervision. The inspection was initiated on October 10, 2019 and completed on October 10, 2019. On October 10, 2019, the inspector was on site from 2:40pm to 4:30pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
