An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted today in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to an allegation of behavioral guidance. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation of behavioral guidance, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
